Nov 20, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a huge dark orangey head. The aroma is weird with notes of yeast, fruit, herbs, and light notes of caramel. The flavor has strong notes of caramel and is very sweet, with a dry finish which also contains light notes of herbs. Thanks Myrup for sharing.

Sep 3, 2008 Dark brown colored with hazy appearance. Medium sized yellow head. Christmassy spicy aroma with sweetness and berries, weird one. Medium bodied. Flavor is more dry and bockish with crispy palate, berries and mild alcohol also here. Aftertaste is somehow carbonated with soda touch and sourness.
