Brown and unclear. Has an off-white head, lasting. Sweet aroma, has spicy notes, honey. Flavor is sweet and spicy again. Syrupy texture, a bit watery too.

Hazy amber color with small head. Not that sweet, but a flavor of honey and some bitterness and alcohol.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with a medium creamy head and some lacing. Sweet malty aroma and taste with notes of fruits and honey. Nice, but over priced.

Bottle @ the brewpub/inn.
Pours a nice, clear, deep amber with a nice, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma is sweet, lots of heather honey, light meady touch, dried cranberries, caramel and rhubarb. High, lively carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly sweet, not as sticky as expected. Lots of heather honey, but not overly sweet. Some cranberry-like counterbalance. Okay honey beer.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of heather honey. The flavor is sweet matly wtih strong notes of honey, leading to a slighlty acidic finish. The body is thin. Something weird about it - has it wild fermented slightly? Thanks Myrup for sharing.
