Pours a nice, clear, deep amber with a nice, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma is sweet, lots of heather honey, light meady touch, dried cranberries, caramel and rhubarb. High, lively carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly sweet, not as sticky as expected. Lots of heather honey, but not overly sweet. Some cranberry-like counterbalance. Okay honey beer.

Nov 20, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of heather honey. The flavor is sweet matly wtih strong notes of honey, leading to a slighlty acidic finish. The body is thin. Something weird about it - has it wild fermented slightly? Thanks Myrup for sharing.
