Beer poured a hazy medium orange-amber color with an average, frothy, off-white head. The aroma was malty with moderate notes of toasted grain, cookie and caramel; hoppy with moderate notes of resin/pine and grapefruit; yeasty with moderate note of sweat. The flavor was kind of flatlined; Moderately to heavily bitter, lightly acidic with a long, lightly acidic, moderately-to-heavily bitter, grippy finish. The aroma is very flowery and hoppy from extensive use of aroma hops. The flavor is lovely with notes of hops, oil, and grass, leading to a dry end where the mouthwater just dries out.
