Dec 14, 2007 Tampa, FL Citrus Park Mall location. Straw colored body with a small white head. Decent retention and no lacing. Nose of light hops, citrus fruits, sweet malts and grassy fields. Flavor similar, the hops are just in the background and really compliment the overall sweetness very well. Thin bodied, crisp and easy to drink. Finish is citrus fruits and malts, with a cereal grain backing. I really liked this one.

Dec 5, 2007 Draft sampler at Columbs brewpub. Clear yellow color, aroma like a standard plae lager, sweet malty flavor with bitter touches that seem more like a cheap grainy flavor than hops. A little thin--not the most robust kolsch but refreshing on a hot summer night, which was definitely the case when I had this back in August.

Nov 24, 2007 (Pinellas Park) White head atop clear pale straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, fruity (berry, nectarine), light grassy. Taste is medium sweet, berry, nectarine, some grassy. Light-medium body, some acidity.

Nov 12, 2007 Light pale yellow, dull look. Smell is light, grassy malt and as expected for a kolsch. Taste is fairly sweet, with big corn flavor. Crisp carbonation, and very easy drinkable. Simple non-offensive and I liked it much more than the ratings led me to think I would.
