Crystal clear pale yellow beer with active carbonation and modest white head. Nose is grainy corn and sweetness. Flavor is thin and subtle with the main component being the corny graininess of the aroma. Some grass notes, a hint of sweetness and the lightest touch of hop bitterness on the way down. Might be a good lawnmower beer if chilled to death, but I found it unappealing. Subtle ain’t my thing, I guess. fro2218 (466), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Aroma is malty with notes of citrus and fruit. Flavor is lightly malty, with a citrus tartness and a light grassy bitterness. Finish is mildly bitter and clean. Lighter in body with a fizzy finish. Man, this one tasted spectacular after that godawful Tatonka Stout. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 11/20 | Aug 29, 2007 Draft. Crystal clear light golden color with high carbonation. Small white rim for a head that leaves behind minimal, spotty lacing. The aroma is floral and lightly fruity up front, with a grainy, corny background. The flavor is primarily the same. The floral, grassy, grainy notes are not bad, but they are spoiled a bit by a sweet corny malt profile that plays too much of a role for my liking. The finish is moderately astringent, which is not pleasing. Light, watery body. Not impressed. riversideAK (2769), Shoreline, Washington, USA

Flavor is sweet and grainy with a little bit of crispness. Unpleasant. Will probably not drink again. jetzler (622), oklahoma city, Oklahoma, USA
