Jul 5, 2006 Aroma is very subtle, with predominant grain notes, and some lemon. Appears a pale yellow coloy, with a small white head. Flavor is grainy, with subtle noble hops. Palate is light, thirst-quenching, and watery. Overall, this beer is unimpressive and equal to the sum of its parts.

Apr 30, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden color with thin white head. No lace. Light sprucy hop aroma with a dash of honey and cereal grain. Flavor was similar. Very watery.

Apr 29, 2006 Draft at San Diego brnach. Poured yellow and fizzy. Head was decent, but didn’t last long. Not much aroma at all. Some malt. Some Bread. Flavor was a bit better. That classic lager twang and not much else. Not alot to offend. Maybe a good start away from macros.

Apr 25, 2006 No real head at all. nothing except fizzle..subtle bitterness....slight honey aura around it...like a fresh flower lower bubble count version of bud light..a subpar kolsch.

Jan 7, 2006 On Tap:Looks nice and pretty. Like a Kolsch should. Tiny little ring around the pitcher my friends ordered. Good carbonation. Its a Kolsch and wasn’t too bad of a Kolsch, a little on the weak side. Some hop and citurs flavors.

Jan 5, 2006 This one looks great, so it gets appearance points, but that is about the only thing it has going for it. Another beer meant to please the macro crowd. I am not even going to bother expelling the energy to type a rating over this piece of crap beer.
