Tap @ BJs. Very clear golden color with a smallish fluffy white head. Very evervescent. Smells mildy malty and fresh. Taste reminded me of a better version of Bud or Coors...I wasn’t too thrilled. Not flavorful enough with a hint of cardboard. Slightly bitter finish, but definately not my beer preference.

This sits a brilliantly clear, gold color with a wisp of a pale white head. The aroma is thin and grainy with a hint of grassy hops thrown in to the mix. The taste is pretty dry up front, but also has a nice clean grain character to it up front. It moves to an astringent thin grainy finish though. There is a fair amount of bitterness here as well, which I was not expecting, it is nice though and helps finish this off with a clean crisp bite; it has a light, spicy hop flavor as well. Overall this is a decent drinking beer, the unexpected bitterness coupled with the clean malt character up front give me more enjoyment than I was anticipating.

I had this beer on-tap in Boulder. It was clear and light-gold in color without much head, just a little lacing. The body is light and the carbonation is lively. The aroma has the promise of honey, light hops, lemon and vanilla. Unfortunatley, there was an odd, feline, sour "off" scent that was a big obstruction. The flavor was lightly sweet with a short moderately bitter finish.

I’ve had this on tap at Bjs and I’ve tasted it at a party on tap. At first look, it’s a bit of a dark dirty yellow color. It’s a citrus like taste, but doesn’t taste "refreshing". I would think that after drinking this beer for a while it would make me a bit full and sick, because it is very heavy on the tounge and when it goes down.

Tap in Boulder. Pours a light gold/yellow with an aroma of light citrus. Taste is water with out-of-date hops. Thin palate.

Draft in Boulder. Clear pale gold. Clean light malt and light hopt aroma. Light malt flavors, a bit lemony and a touch acidic and a touch sulfury. Decent Kolsch.

Becoming very impressed with this brewpub. High color flavor and rich with taste while refreshing. One of the better blondes I’ve had. Pearl St., Boulder, CO.

Somewhat of a hop aroma. Mild flavor like most lagers. Light gold body with white head. On a hot day this would be good refreshment sold at .25 cents a beer
