The aroma is sweet malty with some sour citrus notes. The flavor is malty - but in a weird way and citrus sour, with a dry boring aftertaste from a boring hop sort. This beer fits that mold perfectly. No malt to speak of, slightly sweet and grainy I suppose, and I can’t taste any hops, though there is a mild bitterness in the finish. More than anything else, there is a moderately citrus tartness up front, and once that wears away, that’s when the sweet grain becomes apparent. But really, there’s just nothing here that makes me even want to take another sip. Tart, citrusy, slightly funky nose. Thin body, average carbonation, with a short-lived finish. Pale yellow in color, fairly hazy in appearance. Small white head fades away to almost nothing. Fizzy, yellow beer that makes Flying Dog Tire Bite seem good, and I thought THAT Kölsch was pretty bad. This is pretty dreadful stuff, not far removed from macro swill. Definite drain pour. Goodbye! Hmright (101), Annapolis, Maryland, USA

No inviting head, served in a little kids glass mug. Good thing though, less to leave behind. Great sunset, but the beer..severly lacking across the board. Curious as to the rest of the selection. A fine compliment to the deep-dish pizza that accompanied my sampling of the various BJ’s brewhouse sampler tray. SuIIy (1457), Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA
