Apr 26, 2009 Draft. Light yellow body with a short white head that disappears. The weak aroma is malty with some hints of herbs. The flavor is moderately sweet. The bitterness doesn’t show up until the finish and even then, it is only light. The finish stays lightly to moderately sweet. Light to medium body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Hop profile seems way too subdued, letting the sweetness dominate. Not near as crisp as expected.

Apr 26, 2009 Nothing entirely remarkable here. If you like paler beers, I suppose this is okay, a lot more flavor than most pale beers I’ve had, but still nothing to write home about.

Apr 6, 2009 On tap at BJ’s Westminster poured a clear yellow with a small disapating white head. Aromas of straw, citrus and light bread. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light straw and light citrus with a crisp bready finish.

Apr 2, 2009 Orlando, Fl. - on tap at the brewpub - part of a sampler - light to medium golden pour, nice wheat head - pretty much of a neutral aroma with a hint of fresh lake water. Flavor is buttery and creamy ut a bit on the bland side of the spectrum. Crisp mouthfeel.

Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de céréales et d’houblons. Courte durée de l’arrière goût.
