I went to B.J.’s to grab the beer sampler and I was taken back at the quality. Mild hops, subtle carbonations, went down easy. I will be back for more. changeup45 (803), Orlando, Florida, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Arlington, Tx - draft sampler. Aroma - corn, clear yellow with some lacing. Hops and light malt flavor were ok blend. I would have thought the hop flavor should be higher if this is a Kolsch?? I’m not a hophead so this wasn’t bad on the palate. kidmartinek (1001), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Golden yellow, slightly darker, no head, a little bubbling, no lacing. Crisp malt aroma. Good deep flavor with a little doughy yeast, just a tiny bit. Moderate hop character. Active mouthfeel and bite. Bite and dough lingers in the finish.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Mar 5, 2008 The pour is a golden blonde color. The nose is wheat, citrus, and yeast. The taste is a bit hoppy and citrus but mellowed out and a bit bitter on the end. Overall a very good kolsch.
