BJs Chocolate Milk Stout

Draught. Head is fully diminishing. Body is black with small floating bits of chocolate powder. Aroma is moderately malty (chocolate, molasses), with a note of vanilla. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium to full body, watery/syrupy texture, soft carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. I’ve had a few beers like this from various breweries, and they’ve never been very good. Marc’s a great brewer and an awesome guy, but this experiment was pretty hard to enjoy.
