Feb 4, 2008 On tap a BJs in Janzen Beach, Portland, Oregon--Poured a dark black body with a tiny wispy beige head. Nice balanced carbonation. Lots of chocolate flavor. Some mild bitterness, but overall, greatly balanced. This is a true dessert brew. Love it!

Dec 21, 2007 Draft at the Lloyd Center venue in Portland, OR. [This is not a sweet stout] Chocolate aroma. Black color with a tan head. Full bodied with strong, creamy carbonation. Flavor is dark toasted malt with a little coffee and a lot more chocolate. The finish is somewhat bitter with chocolate and light coffee persisting. Really very good.
