Aug 9, 2004 Boulder. Sticky sweet aroma, some noble hops. Faintly spicy rye flavor. Flattish and rather boring. Some late astringency. Quite sweet and some bubblegum as it warms.

Jun 15, 2004 Draught. Body is hazy dark yellow. Aroma is lightly hoppy (flowers), moderately malty (cookie, toasted bread), with a light note of honey. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. A little too sweet, but I’d wager Hallertauer are used as finishing hops, and the aroma is nicely malty.

May 30, 2004 Draft at BJ’s, Boulder. Pours a light orange with a thin head. Mild malt and hop aroma. Sweet,alcohol finish. Decent.
