en bj’s culver city (LAX), en general las cervezas son buena representacion de su estilo asi que vale la pena pedir el sampler.

opaque yellow with a white head. nose is lemon and coriander with some slight coriander. decent palate with a heavy flavor of coriander and lemon. you’d think there would be some orange in there somewhere but the spice takes over the beer.

Tap, slightly cloudy pale pour with thin white head, light fuit and clove aroma, taste more mild then expected with light sweet fruit flavor and light spice, good lingering fruit on palate

Draught at BJs San Jose. Hazy yellow with a small head. Banana is very present in the aroma, along with a very faint spice. Bland flavor with a touch of banana sweetness. Very light body with high carbonation. Not overly yeasty in a bad way like some questionable american interpretations of the style, but misses the mark on the clean side.

tap at Boulder brewpub - Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head and a yeasty wheat aroma. It’s a sweet beer with a little citrus in there, a light body, and overall an okay brew that’s somewhat lacking in character.

On tap. Pours a hazy orangey golden with an off-white head. A little banana and yeast in the nose. Medium body, distinctly sweet banana accents and a little phenols in the finish. Clearly BJs love their beers to be sweet! 130709
