Hazy golden color with a decent sized foamy head. Citrus banana’s, cloves with vanilla and a touch of spicy hops. Slightly bland finish but overall quite refreshing and a decent hefe.

Jul 18, 2008 On tap at the BJs Brewhouse (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy golden caramel with a thin white head. Little glass lacing. Aroma is straw, grass, hay, some bread and yeast. Flavor is bready malt, yeast, hint of honey. Reasonably well-done hefe.

Jul 5, 2008 Golden yellow in color, unfiltered. Pleasant aroma of orchard fruits, wheat malt and orange juice, with flavor highlights of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Remarkably full-bodied for a brew with only a slight malted wheat flavor and zero hop profile.

Jul 3, 2008 Cloudy golden pour with a nice foamy head that lasted throughout. Aroma of lemon, banana, and grain. Lots of citrus and yeast in the flavor. Spicy finish. One of BJ’s better offerings.

Jun 30, 2008 chandler, az. really cloudy milky yellow color with a fluffy white head and drippy lacing. smells like banana and banana skins... wheaty grain, light sweetness, vibrant lemon zest and earth/coriander. tastes like lemon juice that’s been watered down... along with banana meat, dry spiciness and somehow a bit of the alcohol. medium body leaves a milky feeling. carbonation seems ’sharp’.

Jun 29, 2008 On tap from Orlando BJ’s. This cloudy beer came with a slight white head. Very banana-y in the aroma and the flavor, that was the most distinct aspect of this beer. I also detected some fruit and some cloves. Good beer, enjoyable.
