Nut brown. Roasty, lemony and sweet with very cleanmouthfeel. Fizzy lightly smokey and somewhat nutty. Perfectly similar to a fizzier Newkie Brown. That’s what they were shooting for, wasn’t it? Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Oct 7, 2005 Boulder location Light chestnut colour. Nutty, cocoa-like aroma. Fairly sweet flavour with hazelnuts and vanilla. Sweet, thick icing sugar body with nut skins. A bit of astringency in the back. Not mailed in boring, but I didn’t go for what they were going for. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 12/03/2006
