Commercial Description:
Nutty Brewnette is a unique American-style brown ale. A blend of four different dark malts produces a flavor profile that is sweet with "nutty" notes like Newcastle. But a healthy dose of hops makes this beer hoppier and more balanced than most English brown ales.

Sampled draught at BJ’s, Burbank, CA.
Nut brown. Roasty, lemony and sweet with very cleanmouthfeel. Fizzy lightly smokey and somewhat nutty. Perfectly similar to a fizzier Newkie Brown. That’s what they were shooting for, wasn’t it?

Light chestnut colour. Nutty, cocoa-like aroma. Fairly sweet flavour with hazelnuts and vanilla. Sweet, thick icing sugar body with nut skins. A bit of astringency in the back. Not mailed in boring, but I didn’t go for what they were going for.

Amber color. Aroma of caramel and chocolate. Good taste of caramel and rubharb candies. The final has a good structure. Interesting
