Pours a nice amber with a nose of zesty candy malt. Flavor is fall grass clippings, malt, and semi-rotten fruit. Average mouthfeel. Bizarre beer.

Apr 20, 2004 Pours a amber color with a very nice creamy head and good lacing throughtout. Aroma is that of fresh malt, just like an operating brewery. Flavor has that same "fresh" malt flavor, including some intersting yeast notes as well. I also caught some very pleasant, but light, cheese flavors as well. Body is silky and nice.
