jason (1509), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 25, 2008 Bottle. Poured a medium black body with thin head. Aroma is light chocolate, hops. Flavor is sweet choclate malt and bitter hops. Light mouthfeel and weak taste. lazz (3), Brigdton, Maine, USA does not count Jan 31, 2008 I like this brewing company, even though they seem to get bashed by folks on this site. This beer pours as black as can be. A little light on the carbonation, but the head is easily resurrected. I would call it a sufficient porter taste, but nothing explosive and exciting in tastes. I could see much more coming from a porter. Although I recommend the black demon stout, as lame as that name is, it is decent beer from this brewery.
