Cloudy, brown red body with quick bubbles. More citrus rind in the flavour with just a hint of pear and the oak cask it resides in. Medium body, no carbonation. Yum! Holds up the oak barrel qualities very well.

(3+) Aroma is quite fruity, note quite sweet oranges but that is the best descriptor I can come up with. Flavour is similarly fruity, light bitterness, light oak in the finish is fairly well integrated, and less prominent than their other brews. (7+) Average plus palate is uncarbonated. This is quite good, and just a touch less oak, and touch more hops and this could be very very good. Enjoyable. Wooden cask in the brewery sampling area. Sammy (4070), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

A British style IPA, with some orange citrus. Aroma is malty and hoppy second. Virtually no head, yet a nice looking peacy coloured body. Medium mouthfeel considering it is a cask, with bitterness and considerable malt.I guess Fuggles. What i did like was the oakiness in the finish.
