Commercial Description:
Our Brewhaus' interpretation of the world's most popular beer style. The Pils is pale-straw in color with a high flavoring of German noble hops and a clean, dry finish. Aged in our lagering tanks for over seven weeks for a smooth, mature body. Great with almost any dish.

Across the board typical of the style, although it is fairly nicely done. The appearance is clear straw gold, white head. The aroma is grassy, malty, sweet. The flavor follows the aroma almost exactly. Dry, hopppy finish. Decent pils.

Tap at BF. Aroma lemony with bitter, grassy hops, doughy, lightly grainy malt. Flavor has some pretty big bitterness on a biscuit malt base with increasing grain presence as it warms. Dank hops on the back end. Crisp finish of course. Really nice.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, light fruits, and wheat. Flavor is mostly of wheat malt with sweet malt and a touch of bitter hops in the finish. Easy to drink and quite pleasant. 7/4/7/4/15 (3.7/5)

Wow... I was expecting nothing from this brew, and I was so wrong. Hazy golden beer with a thick white head. Very fresh bright noble hop aroma Bright and citrusy with a light zesty character and a hint of floral sweetness. Crisp herbal/floral hoppiness. Softly minerally which helps accentuate the light crackery malts and floral bitterness. Crisp, crackery finish. This is an excellent pils... the best I’ve had in over a year. Thanks to beastiefan2k for insisting that I try it.

Had it on tap at Black Forest. It had a pale yellow color and a slight bitterness to the flavor.

Straw color with a white and well retained head. Aroma of some very light bitterness plus there was an interesting bitterness at the finish of this that I did not really expect to be that strong, however, it was not overwhelming.

Clean and aroma-less. Really unpleasant aftertaste. Reminded me of a light beer which was overhopped. Just pass on it. Don’t drink it. Save yourself the agony.
