Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Pours a hazy golden color with a large creamy white head. Aroma is yeast, lime, pepper, and mild funk. Flavor is chili peppers, black pepper, yeast, wheat, lime, and a little barnyard. Just a tiny bit of chili pepper heat. Finishes dry, with medium body and some prickly carbonation. Aromas of straw, black pepper and light fruittiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Thin head, over a cloudy, pale yellow (SRM 3) body...nose is a bit of light malt, bit of wheat, dominated by lime...taste is primarily lime, with a bit of hop.
