Draught. Pours hazy yellow with an average, creamy white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), average hop (herbs, grass), average yeast (earth) with notes of lime, cumin, pear, and pepper. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

On tap at Cheeky Monk in Denver. Pours a hazy golden color with a large creamy white head. Aroma is yeast, lime, pepper, and mild funk. Flavor is chili peppers, black pepper, yeast, wheat, lime, and a little barnyard. Just a tiny bit of chili pepper heat. Finishes dry, with medium body and some prickly carbonation. Good stuff, if a little weird.

Draft at SBR. Tasted 7/11/09. Thin head, over a cloudy, pale yellow (SRM 3) body...nose is a bit of light malt, bit of wheat, dominated by lime...taste is primarily lime, with a bit of hop. Lime dominated this a bit too much.
