Bottle purchased at the brewery. Pours a light amber gold with some effervesence and a big soapy off-white head. Leaves sporadic soapy lacing. Grapefruity citrus aroma. Flavor is fairly mild, a hoppy bitterness most evident on a light body.

330ml bottle as Organic Goldeneye Pale Ale from Cornelius Beer & Wine in Edinburgh. A seasonal beer with a label that says 6.5% abv while the brewery’s website says 6.2% abv. Anyway, it’s a drink with an inviting aroma and a flavour that does not quite deliver. Cloudy, late-straw body with a dense, but low, white head. Fragrant aroma of plain hops, very promising. Soft hoppy flavour with bitter endnotes. Cool and pleasant impression, but nonetheless a bit anonymous in character (shared with Finn, Tromsø 23.04.2009).

Bottle 0,33l at 6,5% labeled "organic". Thanks to Rune! Golden colored. A rapidly disappearing creamy head. Inviting aroma of fruit and berrries. Rounded flavor of the same. OK but a bit unvaried. KI=2

[ Trade with cgarvieuk ]. Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate hoppy, orange acidic sweet, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [150908]

Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s a warm golden beer with a small head. The aroma is spicy with notes of yeast and fruit. The flavour has sweetness, notes of honey, heather, flower, fruit and some dry citrus in the finish.

Bottled@Fonefan. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, ops and some mild notes of yeast. Flavour is peach, fruity hops and some sweet wood. Mild dull yeastyness lurking in the background, other a rather pleasant brew.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of yeast - very Belgian. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of yeast and fruit - of which peaches stand most out, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin.

Bottle. A hazy golden amber beer with a big white head. Yeast and fruity aroma and taste. Medium body with a dry fruity finish.
