Apr 24, 2006 A pale golden beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet and sour with notes of corn and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, corn, and straw, as well as some grain in the end. The end is somewhat bitter with a hay like note. The metal note hangs around for a long time in the cheeks.
