Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with a caramel and apple malt flavor with just a hint of citrus zest. Finish is slightly bitter with a sweet caramel aftertaste. Amber body no head to speak of, bland other than body color. Sweet malty flavor that is dry on the finish. Man I would want something more refreshing than this on a hot Az summer day. The nose is all malt, crisp fresh and clean, quite pleasant to sniff. Sweet at the start, top skinny, and the finish stinging it its acidic bite, the hops adequate, dry and lingering aftertaste, a drinkable beer and one suited for these hot climes.
