Skyview (2901), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Dec 10, 2007 On draught at the brewpub, adjacent to the brewery in Cave Creek, AZ. Pours an opaque dark brown brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a thin ring and some film top. Aroma of dark roasted black malt, some flowery hops, a touch of chocolate and sour caramel. Taste is medium to full bodied, light carbonation with flavors of toasted dark malt and some hint of chocolate. Finish is slightly sweet with a toasted malt aftertaste. cbkschubert (1605), Rattlesnake Country, Arizona, USA Apr 29, 2007 12 oz. bottle my brother picked up at the brewery - Pours a dark brown color with a thin, light tan head.
