Pours quite dark with some garnet in colour. Vanilla looking head with reasonable lacing. Nose- powdered choclate with strong cherry. taste- burnt roast with solid cherry coming through. Dry roast/chocolate finish. The finish is more dry than expected. Carbonation is on the heavy side- would be more drinkable with less fizziness.

Thanks to csbosox. Poured a dark black/brown with a hint of red. Thin head. Chocolate with some sour cherry in the aroma. Roasted malt and sweetness to start. Long dry finish with some chocolate malt. More cherry in the nose than the flavor. Slight twang.

Bottle provided by csbosox. Pours dark brown with some dark red hues. Brown head that mostly fades. Roast, coffee, molasses, cherry, and cocoa powder in the nose. Pretty chocolaty with light roasted character. Bitter finish with some tartness. Light body. High carbonation. Dry finish that lingers a bit. Interesting enough but not something to get excited about.

Sweet lactose, light cherry, roast, maybe a touch of ash. Dark brown color. Taste is roasty, with some light cherry at first and then at the end. Not a lot going on, but nice enough.

Been wanting to try this one for a while now, and thanks to mcbackus, I finally get to! Pours black with a red hue. Aroma has a slight chocolate scent, with sour cherry more apparent. Disappointingly watery on the palate, but has a good sour cherry flavor, with a little chocolate mixed in, and a creamy texture that I really enjoyed. A little too thin and weak for a beer that I was hoping would be strong and full of flavor, but still a treat to try. Tastes pretty close to Bells cherry stout, and that isn’t all that bad!

Matt7215 hooked my up with this beer. Pours black with a medium beige head. The aroma is mostly coffee and light malts. The taste was really quite nice; smooth roasted malts, rich coffee and chocolate, vanilla, and light cherries. A very nice and smooth body, sweet finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from Matt7215! Pours a black color, small head, smell of coffee and roasted malt. Flavor is the same, roasted malt, coffee but a lingering sweetness (cherry) in the aftertaste. Medium texture for a stout. Not bad but nothing special eithier. Thanks again Matt!
