Commercial Description:
Brilliant colour with a lighter body than our ales. It has a clean refreshing flavour. We use three selected malts and two different kinds of premium hops.

Nice head, and appearance. Nicely hopped. I am not a lager fan but this is enjoyable. Still prefer the Black Oak Pale Ale though! :)

Quite spicy - medium to full bodied. A bit soapy/slippery, but in a good way. Perfect color.

A shade darker than your typical mass-produced swill, and exactly what you’d expect (and hope) from a North American micro lager. Smelling the beer conjures up thoughts of fresh baguettes and hot buttered toast smothered in honey, while the mind eggs the glass away from the nose and down to the lips. The flavours are quite restrained, and continue in the bready vein the nose hinted at. Perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness makes this quite a thirst-quencher. If you are trying to encourage a friend to give up corporate beers and work up the courage to try a micro, this one’s a great, inoffensive starting point

A bit faint aroma, light initially on taste but grows on you while you drinking. Very interesting malt accent at the end with soft hop touch. Slightly nutty which is unusual for lagers of such type.

Clear orange/copper w/ big fluffy white head. Excellent lacing. Mildly hoppy, somewhat grassy nose. Medium bodied w/ a fair bit of carbonation. Fresh & crisp w/ light maltiness & mild bitterness. A good beer for its style.

Faint grassy aroma. Clean copper colour. Fair had that vanished quick. Hoppy and largly grassy in flavor almost has a bit of apple to it. I'd much rather have the Nut Brown or the Pale Ale over this. But I still enjoyed it.
