Amazing aroma - floral, yeast, spice, perfume, citrus - best smelling Canadian beer ever. Taste is superb - refreshing zest orange peel, lots of light spices and yeast, very very refreshing and falvourful. I really like the normal Summer Saison, but this was on another level. Perfect fresh cask condition. One of the best Canadian beers I have ever had.

skins, thick and tarty. Flavour: Ginger, lots of Ginger! Orange skins, marmalade, pits, skins again, salt, vanilla, lemons, a nice long tangy skin flavour. Not sure how you did it Ken but well done! mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Murky, medium orange body with a quick bubbly white head. Lovely ginger orange peel flavour. Medium body is bitter. Wonderful, not surprising it went quickly today.

Aroma of orange, lemon, cloudy orange/yellow, teeny white head. Flavour is a full on citrus marriage. Medium bodied, very well balanced, luscious mouthfeel, terribly easy to drink. Superb!. Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance: mid golden amber haze with lighter white top. Nose: Flowery rich hop aroma, nose with green hint of ginger and various citric touches at finish. Flavor/Palate : clean mid bodied with lighter spirit. Meadow grass, citric lighter in character. Lemonade lie episode. Summer sided saison. Neat hop on top end. Hint of orange peel.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 12, 2009 Cask at Victory Summer Fest - came a hazy orange colour with smallish head though that lasted for awhile. Really soft, spicy aroma, some clove and lots of citrus. Flavour very full, and the added citric elements do give this one a jammy, pithy feel, drier, spicier and slightly more woody than the original. Good show. Sammy (4050), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 12, 2009 at Victory cask fest, this recipe works nicely on cask. Ken, head brewer, said it is their regular saison with added lemon peel, orange peel, and grapefruit peel. A light colour with a white head. An average mouthfeel. But a real marmalade taste. tomthompson89 (1489), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 12, 2007 Had on Cask at the beer fest, lovely orange color, some head. Lotsa citrus orange, and somewhat sweet and juicy. Flavor is big marmalade, which i liked great sweet lingering flavor but some hops to finish it off dry.
