Aug 21, 2009 On tap at Volo. Pours a slightly hazy gold with good sized white head. Citrus, grains, and slight spice in the aroma. Citrus seems a little more pronounced in the flavour though still moderate with grains and spice also present. Decent refreshing beer.

Aug 18, 2009 Bottle: Hazy golden with a dense off white head. The aroma is estery, grainy with a touch of crackery malt. Perhaps a coriander note. Simple aroma. Fluffy body with a dry flavor. Mild crackery grains and a touch of honey. There’s a mild coriander like note and later noble hop presence, yet it’s restrained. Not bad, not good either. One dimensional.

Aug 10, 2009 Bottle from matt7215. Thanks again. Pours a pale orange gold with a foamy white head. It laces lightly. Aromas of spice and citrus zest. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is yeasty, earthy, lightly malty, and there are hot spice bits. Finish is more orange peel than anything specific, but the hot bits definitely persist. Gets a mite earthier.

BCTC. Pours a clear amber with hints of caramel and a thin white head. Black pepper and lemon on the nose. Light lemony flavors on a thin to medium body. Finishes with a light balancing bitterness.

Jul 30, 2009 came out a nice rusty orange. notes of orange zest, coriander, clove, floral, honey. very crisp, spicy, and a quick bitter finish. pleasant.
