Re-rate as I was most definitely not served this in Rhino. Appearance: Amber orange almost a haze to it, some visible carbonation and a nice white head. Aroma: Lovely earthy/farm notes, like a barn, hops, ’salt’, lemon. Flavour: Spicy initially with an enjoyable carbonation bite, malty with a good amount of hops. Very sessionable, very summer. Very enjoyable. Great work Ken and Co!

Bottle at Volo. Poured an orange hue. Complex aroma and palate. Mouthfeel was average with hits of spices: coriander, cumin, cloves and even a bit of cardamom, accompanied by citrus. Aroma followed a similar profile minus the cardamom. This was a surprisingly complex beer, and tasted quite good. Didn’t quite win me over though.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet spicy - among them coriander, but also a lot of others that I can’t put a name to. The flavor is sweet malty and very spicy, leading to a dry spicy finish. A nice saison.

Bottle at volo Pours a nice unfiltered copper colour. A pleasent tan head tops it off. It smells sweet and spicy, similar to a weiss but with a bit more kick. It is very delicious and spicy. A nice local beer combining belgian ale and wheat beer features to make a great beverage.

Bottle thanks to my festivus master: Pours a hazy gold with a white creamy head. Aroma, floral and perfumey notes, some spices, honey. Flavor, some spices, pepper and cloves, lightly sweet malts, bready, spicy and herbal hops on the finish, perfumey throughout, and on the dry side. Very interesting.

0.34 l bottle. Hazy golden-copper color with creamy head. Very honeyish and perfumed aroma with chamomile and thyme. Sweetish, malty, honeyish and spicy flavor with clove, pepper, coriander and some herbal hops.

12 oz bottle shared with toncatcher. Some earthy aromas with some spice in there too. Flavors were simple with malt background and touches of spice and a dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007
Cloudy light amber color. The aroma is lightly spicy and fruity (oranges). Medium body, a bit dry and spicy. Not bad but simple.
