Jul 25, 2007 The aroma is pretty good with plums, sugar, alcohol, and rice. The appearance is pink and quite nice. The flavor is super sweet and fruity with no sake character. The palate is typical for a sake. Overall I’m not crazy about it but it’s not that bad.

Jul 25, 2007 I’m the biggest fan of Japanesse plum, but this does satisfy those who are. medium sweet but not overbearing. the fruit fills your entire mouth.

Jan 17, 2007 Bottle from Party Source, KY. Chilled. Poured clear pink color with minimal legs. Moderate sweet fruity aroma. Light to medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. Drinkable sweet sake.
