Commercial Description:

Draught at Lord Nelson. Hazy darj brown coloured with a small off white head. Fruity aroma of yeast, hops and nuts. Sweet and light roasted flavour of nuts, fruits, liquorice and hops with notes of dried fruits. Dry hoppy finish. Nice to have a danish christmas beer, that isn’t overly spices, but too much yeast in the aroma.

28-NOV-2009, bottle @home. Brought by Faurschou, thank you. Brown, light brown head. Roasted charamel nose. A little thin. Not much X-mas here, but a nice little beer.

A "pleseant" and soft structure with the real taste of X-mas brewed by a "2-man" brewery in Denmark. First beer from these guys - well done a very good beginning.

Bottle from KIHOSKH, shared with the family. Brown with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, with notes of raisin and fruit. Dry and roasted chocolate flavour with faint spices, dried fruit and a hoppy, bitter finish.

Tap @ Lord Nelson, Cph.
Pours muddy, deep brown with practically no head. Just a thin beige rim. Sweet aroma, roasted caramel, light coriander, ashes and a hint of chocolate. Highish carbonation, kay dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, softly roasted, dark chocolate, coriander. A bit to ashy and grainy in the very dry finish. And not particularly Christmas-y.
