Dec 17, 2009 Draught. Hazy deep brown colour, medium beige head. Malty caramel chocolate aroma. Good mouthfeel. Sweet deep malty flavour with caramel, chocolate, some spice and yeast.

Dec 10, 2009 Hazy dark brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with hints of diacetyl, roasted malt and light chocolate. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, grassy hops, dark fruits and butter. Light infection here.

Nov 19, 2009 Draught. Frothy off-white fair dark brown colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy nicwe aroma. Wonderfull complex heavy bitter flavor. Roasted and strong chocolate notes. Licorice present. Long fantastic nice christmas spicey finish. Creamy palate. Excellent.

Nov 16, 2009 A "pleseant" and soft structure with the real taste of X-mas brewed by a "2-man" brewery in Denmark. First beer from these guys - well done a very good beginning.
