Poured amber in color with a medium off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is moderately bitter. Tastes of wood, cabbage, and copper. Medium body. Slick texture. Soft carbonation. Overall, drinking this was kind of like licking a 2 X 4. Not pleasant. bhensonb (4358), Woodland, California, USA
