May 8, 2007 Pint pulled at The Angel Inn in Hetton (Yorkshire), amber with a foamy head. Aroma was an earthy malt, white there was more hops in the mouth with a gentle bitterness. One of those beers that is good at the time, but not that memorable.

Apr 12, 2007 500ml Bottle: Faint sweet aroma. Smells of malts and a little sugary fruit. Poured amber in color with a medium off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is moderately bitter. Tastes of wood, cabbage, and copper. Medium body. Slick texture. Soft carbonation. Overall, drinking this was kind of like licking a 2 X 4. Not pleasant.

Mar 30, 2007 Cask at the Hoop and Grapes, Aldgate. Light fruity hop aroma. Amber gold color with a firm white head. Starts fruity, followed by malt, followed by bitter. Not quite medium mouthfeel. The finish is very well balanced. Almost a peach hint in the finish. Otherwise fairly astringent at the end.

Dec 13, 2006 Cask @ Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a clear amber colour with a small off-white head. Malty fruity aroma with some hoppy hints. Malty fruity hoppy bitter flavor. Long malty bitter finish.
