Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Orange colour with a thin off-white head. Thin to medium bodied (a little on the watery side) with moderate bitterness and low carbonation. Flavours slightly fruity and malty. A nice crisp, dry and moderately bitter finish. An enjoyable beer. - 500 ml brown bottle

Kind of a dry dusty flavor. Decent aroma, a little malty but not much going on. Fairly flat palate. Has a bit of hops bitterness, but other than that just not much going on. Meh.

Bottle 500ml. Pours a dark amber colour, with a medium white head that lasts. Has a musty malty aroma. Initially, the malt comes through, with some sweetness. This gives way slightly to a hoppy bitterness. Quite thin on the palate. A fairly average pint that I would not go out of my way for.

Bottle poured into pint glass- poured copper amber color, light-medium carbonation, small white head formed and stayed, minimal lacing. Mild aroma of light toasted malt with a very slight hop note. Hits the mouth with a medium body, the malt is very enjoyable, hops and a sweet note on the finish- slightly bitter. Not bad, another brew for card night.

Pours dark copper. Aroma is faint. Flavor is mostly of apple. Not awful, but nothing I will be writing home about.
