Light hops and smooth malt flavor. A little dry on the backend, but generally okay and drinkable. Creamy, almost chewy, slight bitterness. Had to pick this out of the fridge due to Martin Freeman’s use in Blake’s Junction 7.. a robot drinking ales! (Bottle pour 4/13/2006) p.s. - why are people complaining about the head, my bottle pour was almost perfect... WTF?! kimcgolf (832), Dacula, Georgia, USA

It was paired with Keen’s Farmhouse Cheddar - Somerset. Has a more fruity aroma than I would have expected. A bit more fuller than some other English Pale Ales I’ve had. This beer has a nice long finish. Almost no head or lacing. Choos (504), Taylors Hill, Australia
