Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Average, rocky, off-white head. Mostly dminishing longevity. Flat, average particles and medium amber body.Aroma: moderate burnt malt, dark chocolate, mild coffee and prune. Initial flavor: moderate bitterness and light sweetness. Finish: moderate bitterness; long duration. Palate: light medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation and metallic finish. An average bitter.

Light orange / slight brown and dull. Poured a huge tan head that you could watch retreat. Bubbled most the way through and just kept sustaining the cap. Smells a bit different - fruity malt, some spice, musty and an odor you can only get from a desolate area. Taste is very good. Roasted malts, light watery spice that is on the mild side. I also detect a touch of yeast and bitterness. Yum Yum! Mouthfeel is smooth with a slight bitter finish. A really enjoyable drink.

Very enjoyable beer, this brew poured the color of a mixture of orange pop and coke (also known as swamp water, very popular drink when your 7) and had a big tan head that quickly disappeared. The aroma was light and yeasty and maybe some nut in there as well. This beer was nicely bitter, just enough to give it some bite but not so much you have to give your face a break from cringing after every sip. This is a very refreshing beer nice light clean flavor and I’m also getting some kind of light berry taste in the back ground. A very nice ESB.

Pours pale orange with a long lasting white head. Aroma is strong and malty. Flavor is lightly bitter, hops dominates the palate. There’s a hint of a thin oily feel. Great beer...

Bottled 50cl. It pours an amber beer with a small quick diminishing light beige head. Sweet malty nose with hints of candy floss, raisins and boiled vegetables. Sweet malty taste. Medium bodied. Low bitterness. Poor lacework. Raisins showing up in the finish. Dissapointing.

Bottle. Pours with a small tan head that fades over a hazed orange body. Aroma of caramel, light plums and raisins, toffee and bread. Taste is watery with raisin skins, bready and a light sherry note. Watery mouthfeel and light bubbles.
