Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Brewed with many generous handfuls of choice Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by an uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish. This beer was the first, most successful, of all of our bottled beers."

Tastes like skunky festering grains and mashed apples sat out to rot. Clear golden hue with a decent sized white head. An ok bitterness, mild and lightly prickling the tongue. Overall just really mild, light wheat here and there. Maple syrup in the nose.

Hazy dark amber ale with a thick off-white head. Sweet floral aroma with a touch of butterscotch. Sweet malty with nice nuttyness and light bitterness. Medium bodied.

A pale ale with a creamy white head.Malty taste with mellow hops that dry the finish. It has a toastiness that is pleasent.A little pricey to drink at the pub $6.

500 ml bottle, as "Black Sheep Ale". Amber colour, moderate fluffy head. Aroma of toffee / caramel and dried fruits, hints of barnyard. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, moderate flavour of dusty malts and hops. A bit too carbonated for my taste.

Bottled. Hazy orange/golden colour with minor head. Malty aroma with notes of caramel. Smooth taste of malt and roast, with hoppy bitterness coming in the finish. Aftertaste is bitterish and a bit dry.

Pours an orange amber colour with a thick creamy tan head.Fruity aromas as well as some hops and an underlying sweetness. Medium bitter hops, some orange notes, malt and a dry finish. Quite refreshing actually.

Smells of dark fruits, amber color, huge tall foamy head. Orange malt undertones. Dirty hop end. Medium body. Some character and above average, though not terribly exciting.

Strong aroma of licorice. Pours an copper brown, nice head. Hops are present, medium body, mild bitter finish. Again that licorice flavour in the aftertaste.
