Commercial Description:
Available filtered and pasteurised in 500ml bottles.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Distinctive balance between the flavours of fruity Golding variety hops, Maris Otter malted barley and demerara sugar. Strong and refreshingly long, dry and bitter finish."

Bottled. Orange/amber in colour, with large white head. Fruity aroma, with hoppiness. Sweet, citrus flavour, perhaps orange. Nice lasting bitterness. Perhaps a bit thin. Some vinegar like notes also detected as time went on.

Copper colour with a big head. Strong fruity hop aroma. Flavour is citric with late, deep bitterness. Finish hangs around for a long time but is not particularly pleasant.

Bottled. Probably drier and less yeasty than other sheep. Golden with high bubbly head. Lemony hoppy aroma, rich sweetish malty palate. Dry bitter aftertaste.

Medlium amber clear with a largish fine bubbled cream coloured head. Fersh woody and herbal hop burst on opening fades to a stalish dry pasta malt aroma. Thinnish but smooth low carb body. Lightly malty sweet short passionfruity hoppy start flavours becoming drier more bitter into the finish and long backa the throat almost acrid bitter aftertaste.

(on bottle)This is gonna be long. The sent is very much like weinachtstolle, a german christmascake. It contains marzipan, raisins, sukat, powderd sugar and is made like a loaf. It also has notes of apple and pear-fresh. The taste itself has a strong influense of rotten fruits, fallen appels and such. Like if you walked into the Eden in the fall. Very nice for sure. Small bitter finish and a nice deep brown color. I like.

Fruity bitter kinda sweet ale. I liked i a lot - it has a semi long finish. Some might call it unbalanced, i think prehaps that’s what makes this beer good.
