Commercial Description:
Available filtered and pasteurised in 500ml bottles.
"Beers for bottling are drawn from brewery conditioning tanks and transported by road tanker to our bottlers. There they are chilled, stored for ten days, then filtered and bottled. At the end of the bottling process, the bottles are pasteurised, labelled and packed."
"Distinctive balance between the flavours of fruity Golding variety hops, Maris Otter malted barley and demerara sugar. Strong and refreshingly long, dry and bitter finish."

Clear orange with a medium size head. Malty, almost spicy aroma. Fruity caramel flavour, quite bitter with a fairly dry finish. Not bad

(Bottled) Light copper with a short head and lively out of the bottle. Citrus scent with some hop present. Quite thin and strongly carbonated. Floral hops in the mouth. Quite bitter with a dry finish.

Bottle - Poured into a dimpled tankard. Medium frothy head, light amber colour, Sour-hop aroma with a definite barley undercurrent. An initial dry bitter flavour however there are definite hop flavours and a hint of smoke.Long finish. On a side note, the bottle is quite nicely embossed with a hop design

Pour slowly from the bottle to get a perfect head. Easy-drinking and refreshing bitter. Fresh hoppy aroma, nice bitter aftertaste. Very plesent beer in colour, aroma and taste. Those who complain of a big head from the bottled drink aren’t pouring it properly, however it is quite carbonated.

[Sampled in 2005.] A forgetable bitter. Very carbonated and watery. Some bitterness, but also unbalanced! Boring.

Bottle, usual session beer colour and aroma. moderate amount of bitterness with a dry finish. Ok but nothing to really write home about, there are a million types of beers like this in the UK.

Nice golden color and head. The aroma has nice notes of fruit and hops. The flavour has notes of hops, fruit, caramel and the carbonation is rather high. A refreshing and yet quite full-bodied beer.

500ml bottle picked up at Centra, Oslo. Dark amber body under a slightly off-white head, mostly lasting with lots of small bubbles and great lacing on the glass. Moderate and rounded aroma of floral hops. Light caramel and fruits in flavour offset by a touch of bitter malts towards the end. A bit watered palate (14.06.2007).
