Light haze in a golden coloured ale with a diminishing off-white head. Citrus fruit hops and a peachy esters noted on a lovely nose. Significant golding hop character in the flavour, with a nice underlying pale malt character and a little flash of caramel at the end. Medium bitterness. Fruity notes linger on the palate. Nice bitter, well travelled and very drinkable. tarjei (1753), Bryne, Norway

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 26, 2007 Dark amber pour. Nose initially very metallic but opens up with some resiny hop, whiskeyish malt and a sniff of Tripelish fruitiness. Chalky smooth with a hint of chocolatey malt, an abrupt hop bitterness in the finish and a fresh bread afternose. Pretty decent if you give it a chance to warm up a bit. berkshirejohn (1830), Bracknell, Berkshire, England
