Bottle from Tesco. Pours clear amber tan with a decent sized white head. Nose is of sweet malts and fruity hops. Noticeably fruity on the tongue with a nice crisp hop bitterness to the finish. Smooth mouthfeel with low carbonation. Nice.

This Ale is pretty Vibrant for a Pasteurised bottled UK Beer.Dried fruit and drunken orange peel..with alcoholic spicy hoppinss ...Big arse maltiness is chewey and syrupy ...grassy dry endz. WAY better than I reckoned for whatever reason.

Fine bitter. Grassy hops, maybe too herbal. Fruity with caramel. Hazy amber color, medium-big head, medium carbonation. Smooth and dry. Long herbal-bitter aftertaste.

mixture of malt and hops but a very mild aroma sweet smelling. Certainly is golden but slightly cloudy with a large off white head, some lacing on the glass. Subtle flavour, but can’t put my finger on it, nice though not like others i’ve tried lately that are too lagerish. Also tasted this as tesco golden ale but the tesco one was slightly more perfumed and didn’t rate as high. They should be put on as seperate beers as they were different.

I sampeld this under the name of Tesco’s Finest Ale and it’s pretty good. Sweet and caramel in taste, but a lovely amber colour. Smooth and fruity - very drinkable.

Bottle, sat with KP. Golden in appearance, white head. Citrus, little hops, and yeah can taste a little of that demerara sugar (cheers label). So so, not bad.
