Bottle@Home. Malty, caramel, herbal aroma. Golden color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, bitter, grassy, herbal. Dry mouthfeel with a metallic finish.

An unassuming beer; sampled from the bottle on holiday. The aroma is fruity malt. The appearance is copper with thin carbonation and lacing. The taste starts off with fruit (berry-ish) then presents a not-long-lasting hop bitterness. Palate is on the thin side. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a light golden colour with a thin white head. Their is a light citrus hoppy aroma. The taste is malty with a citrus flavours with a long dry finish. Not a bad beer from a good brewery.

Bottle in London. Orange/brown colour. Tall foamy head. Hoppy nose. Soapy, creamy flavour. Some caramel. Too much carbonation. Fair enough. Nothing particularly interesting about it though. (Fair enough as I scored it at Tesco...)

Quite heavily carbonated but definitely pleasant. Nice, light, hoppy bitterness with fruity hints.

Bottle, as Tescos FInest Golden Ale. Used copper with off-white head. Farmy hop aroma and dull corn. Fairly heavy carbonation, light resin hops, plum esters, some caramel sweetness. Not bad, but sort of dead. Like there was life in this at some point in the brewing process (not like it’s made with bad technique or ingredients), but it’s gone now, and just the shadows linger.
