Mar 31, 2009 Some light yeasty fruitiness in the aroma. Caramel colored liquid, head was gone as quickly as it appeared. Some covered nuttiness in the flavor, mild spice and little hops as well. A small bit of bitter in the finish, hardly detectable. Palate is momentarily lively and gone in a second. This beer has about a seconds worth of flavor, if that could be expanded, it could do much better.

Mar 28, 2009 Golden-yellow pour with a whitehead. Skunky bread/yeast aroma. Light aroma of malts. Not too complex. Some bitterness at the finish.

Mar 24, 2009 It’s orange with a foamy head. Aroma is flowers and ginger, flavor is more of the same with malt. Does not taste strongly of witches or weigh more then a duck but does have more carbonation then I would like.

Mar 16, 2009 (bottle) Hazy, golden to amber colour with a medium-sized, off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty cara-malt aroma with a slightly sweaty and fruity (overripe citrus) hoppy touch. Light-bitter flavour, slim bodied with a low carbonation. Moderately dry malt character, slightly chalky taste with delicate bitter and fruity hops, leading into a fairly dry and short finish. Disappointing or is it the great name that bears its burden (16.III.09).

Mar 11, 2009 I could drink a lot of these. Good clean smooth brew with good caramel flavors. Definitely try this one you will probably like it.

Mar 10, 2009 Pours an amber color with a white head. Sweet, malty aroma with toffee, caramel, and some dark fruits. Flavor didn’t match the aroma as much as I would like. A little more bitterness than I was expecting. Sweet flavors of caramel malts and dark fruits dominate with only a slight bitter finish.

Mar 8, 2009 bottled. Poured clear amber with deminishng off-white head. Mellow sweet cereal grain aroma. Medium carbonation. A bit earthy and caramel notes . Medium dry hoppy clean finish.
