The flavor is light and bready with virtually no bitterness. A hint of cornbread, I thought. This is well balanced and works okay for the "well, we’re a brewpub in the south so we are going to need a ’light beer’ for everyone to drink" beer. puggy211 (596), cordova, Tennessee, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 26, 2007 A golden appearance with a white head. A lemon and slight corn aroma. The flavor is rather lemony with a decent malt presence. The finish is slightly bitter. Nothing amazing but it was ok. andyhite (293), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 12/20 | Aug 8, 2007 12oz. bottle pours straw yellow with a sizable white head. aromas of lemon creme pie, orange peel, and a bit of zingy tartness. the flavor is an interesting combination of spice, citrus, and carbonation. hops are there, just muffled. it’s similar to a bad wheat ale. just more lively; and the mouthfeel is more on the mineral side. perhaps the stainless steel is shining through. it’s a good summer brew, especially in a tennessee august. pintocb (518), Darsville, Georgia, USA

Clear golden yellow, smally fuzzy bubble with a thin white rim of a head that is long lasting. Nose is grainey with good hop profile for Kolsh. Taste is crisp, tasty malts and hops with a clean finish that can only be described as ’Zesty.’
