| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Mar 23, 2009 2009 Tap at the Blackstone Brewery in Nashville. This nut brown ale was surprisingly complex. Very full-bodied, with hints of tartness and even raspberries. I felt like this led to an overall unbalanced and conflicting flavor. Caramel, nuts, and fruits dominate the beer. I found this interesting, but largely unappealing. Barrios (858), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
