Draft at Flying Saucer. Pours reddish amber with a creamy off white head. Fruity ale ester aroma. Flavor of caramel, nuts, bread offset by a fairly aggressive american fruity hop bitterness. This is like an Irish red on steroids. This could pass for a hoppy amber or even an APA. I like it quite a bit. It also does not seem to have that Blackstone house character which makes this stand out even more from their lineup. Excellent beer.
