lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 28, 2009 Nearly clear yellow, quick white head. Aroma is caramelized sweet malt, hay, grassy hops. Taste is a big grassiness, sweet pale maltiness. BeerandBlues2 (3201), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jul 26, 2009 Draught. Pours sparkling yellow with an average, white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (husky grain, hay, straw, cereal), average hop (grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of corn, butter, and pear. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness. nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jun 28, 2009 Source:On tap at the brewpub.
Glass:10 oz pilsner glass.
Appearance:Poured a clear yellow with a thin, bubbly white head.
Aroma:Aroma was bready, with hints of yeast and grass.
Flavor:Zesty citrus and biscuit malt, with a mild bitter finish.
Palate:Light body with solid carbonation.
Overall:This is probably targeted at the Bud Light crowd, but I thought it was an excellent, light drinking beer.
puggy211 (576), cordova, Tennessee, USA Jun 29, 2008 draft at restaurant in nashville,tn.pours hazy gold,no head, slight hop aroma, nothing going on in the taste dept.Nt very good. illinismitty (1790), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jul 9, 2006 Draft. Not much aroma at all, very faint pale malts. Light mouthfeel, with flavors of hay and biscuit. Spicy hop finish from the Saaz hops. For those that don’t like the skunky characteristics of a pilsner, this may be up your alley. Overall not very interesting for a session. I think this was targeted to the adventurous BMC drinker or as a neutral beer to pair with food. Kevin (1917), Colorado, USA Jun 20, 2006 Tap. Pours clear, extremely so. Light yellow thin head that laces. Aroma, well now, the saaz comes through in a dandelion and dirt way here. The straw/grain flavor is the dominant thing here. The honeysuckle hop presence is nice, but this does not make me smile. A lasting buckwheat taste I don’t like. Not horrible, but not my processed pasteurized tube of grub worm either.

bluemeow76 (693), Lewis Center, Ohio, USA Dec 16, 2003 Pours a light gold with a thin head. Typical yucky pilsner (for my tastes). A bit of hops, and a lot of yeasty taste. BBB63 (4199), La Porte, Indiana, USA Jun 21, 2003 Bland yellow hue with thin head and no lacing. Thin-bodied. Some hint of pine and lemongrass in the nose. Fizzy mouthfeel with a standard German Pils taste, not offensive nor complex. Clean and crisp aftertaste. A good beer while having dinner.
