RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA Dec 23, 2008 On tap. Cloudy gold with a thick white head. Yeasty nose with a healthy dose of malt fruitiness. Lightly floral nose and flavor, yeasty near-sour Belgian funk. A very good representation of the style, I think. Tasty. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA Dec 13, 2008 Draft at Flying Saucer - Nashville. Cloudy pale in the glass with a white head that left good lacing. Musty malt aroma. Sweet malt flavor with a lemon background. Light body. nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Oct 20, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Poured a hazy yellow color with a one finger white head. Aroma of belgian funk, malt and a slight hop note. Flavor was sweet, with candied sugar and a slightly bitter hop finish. Slightly thin body with good carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel.
