Appearance: sparkly, frisky pour on deep golden base, little ring on glass wall.
Nose: mild apple aromas , hint of papierowka apple , soft with sweet side.6+
Flavor/Palate : medium bodied with lighter sides. Straight apple flavor with light sweet feel, light tartness and carbonation. Acidic top. Apple flavors quiet hidden. Fair.

Oct 2, 2009 Draft at redlight redlight. Yeah, well, it’s a cider, and most of us here are beer geeks. Maybe cider geeks (are there cider geeks?) would like it better. Drier than most ciders out there, but still kind of sweet for me.

Sep 29, 2009 Bottle: Thin, still, perfectly clear light golden and no head nor effervescence. The aroma is papery, dimethylsulfide, and molded attic. Vacant body- thin, papery flavor with evident oxidation all over. Some dimethylsulfide, yet again. It was fairly dry though, but quite repulsive.

Aug 21, 2009 Clear yellow. Worked up a head by pouring it from several feet above. Smells lightly of tart fruit and apple. Taste is bland and watery. Some apple taste. Tart but not much more. Doesn’t leave a dry taste though.

Aug 8, 2009 Bright yellow in color with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is packing tape, wet dog and apple. Taste is acidic with some band-aid and apples...dry.
